Prices
At Atraco Agency ApS, all prices are in Danish kroner and stated incl. VAT and duties. We reserve the right to change prices from day to day without prior notice. We reserve the right to limit the number of sold items. Payment
Atraco Agency ApS accepts payment by bank transfer. The payment will only be deducted from your account when the item is shipped. All amounts are in DKK. Danish kroner and incl. VAT. We reserve the right for price errors and sold-out/discontinued items. Delivery
Atraco Agency ApS strives to ship orders placed before 5 PM the same day; orders thereafter are sent the next business day. All orders are delivered online within the agreed timeframe. Right of complaint
A 2-year right of complaint is granted in accordance with the Sale of Goods Act. Our right of complaint applies to defects in materials and/or manufacturing. You can have the item repaired, exchanged, refunded, or receive a reduction in price, depending on the specific situation. The complaint does not apply to defects or damages caused by improper handling of the product/service. You must complain within a "reasonable time" after you have discovered the defect/error. No shipments will be accepted sent by cash on delivery.
Refund
If it concerns a refund, please include your bank details in the form of account number and sort code, so the agreed amount can be transferred. This information can be provided safely via email or another electronic form, as it is not sensitive information and will only be used for our fulfillment of the refund.
Right of Withdrawal
A full 14-day return policy is granted on goods purchased in our webshop.
The period is calculated from the day;
You receive the order.
You take the last item into physical possession when it comes to an agreement for several different items ordered in one order but delivered individually or over several occasions.
You take the last batch or last part into physical possession when it concerns an agreement for the supply of goods consisting of several batches/parts.
The first item in physical possession when it comes to regular deliveries of goods over a specified period.
You must bear the return costs yourself. Withdrawals must be reported to us no later than 14 days after the purchase, and from the withdrawal, the items must be returned to us no later than 14 days after. Notification must be given by email to jakob@atraco.dk. In the notification, you must clearly indicate that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal.

You cannot withdraw merely by refusing to accept the item without simultaneously giving clear notification thereof.
Items Exempt from the Right of Withdrawal
The following types of items are not included in the right of withdrawal:
Items that are made according to the consumer's specifications or have been given a distinctly personal touch.
Sealed items which, for health protection or hygiene reasons, are not suitable to be returned, and where the seal has been broken after delivery.
Items that become inseparably mixed with others upon delivery.
Items where the seal has been broken.
Performed non-financial services if the performance of the service has begun with the consumer's prior express consent and acknowledgment that the right of withdrawal ceases when the service is fully performed.
Delivery of digital content not delivered on a physical medium if the execution has started with the consumer's prior express consent and acknowledgment that the consumer thereby loses the right of withdrawal.
Newspapers, magazines or magazines except for subscription agreements for such publications.
Agreements made at public auctions.
Items that deteriorate or expire quickly.
Return
You must return your order without undue delay and no later than 14 days after you have exercised your right of withdrawal. You must bear the direct costs related to the return. When returning, you are responsible for ensuring that the item is properly packed. You must include a copy of the order confirmation. The process is quicker if you also fill out and attach our Withdrawal Form. You take the risk of the item from the time of delivery until we have received it back. We do not accept packages sent by cash on delivery.
Condition of the Item upon Return
You are only liable for any diminished value of the item resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the item’s nature, characteristics, and the way it functions. In other words, you can test the item as if you were trying it on in a physical store.
If the item has been tested beyond what is described above, it is considered used. This means that if you withdraw from the purchase, you will only receive part of or none of the purchase amount back, depending on the market value of the item at the time of return. To receive the entire purchase amount back, you must try the item without actually using it.
Repayment
If you regret your purchase, you will of course receive the amount you paid back to us. In case of a decrease in value for which you are liable, this will be deducted from the purchase amount. When exercising the right of withdrawal, all payments received from you will be refunded, including delivery costs (except additional costs resulting from your choice of a method of delivery other than the cheapest form of standard delivery, which we offer), without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date we have received notice of your decision to use the right of withdrawal. Refund will be made using the same payment method you used in the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. We may withhold the refund until we have received the item back, unless you have provided proof of having returned it before then.
